We focus primarily on the first eighteens in people's lives; like the first eighteen days of a child's life, their first eighteen months after birth, their first eighteen years of school, and so on. We focus on these aspects and time frames of human life because they show us the amazing changes and challenges we each experience and they offer unique perspectives into who we are as people. If you watch a child grow through their first eighteen months of life, you will see so much change in them and their personality will begin to develop and present itself and capturing that and a parent's reaction to that is magical.
